Luxury Coastal Retreat

Terrain Seattle completed the landscape construction for this luxury home atMarine View Drive in Normandy Park, WA. Developed and built by Terrain Signature Properties, with landscape design by Studio Terrain, our work included constructing the outdoor living spaces, installing a large backyard lawn, and building the driveway at the front of the property. The project features an outdoor heated living area and kitchen, designed for year-round use. The professionally installed landscaping enhances the home’s architectural design and integrates with the natural surroundings. The residence is located a 10-minute walk from the beach and provides access to hiking trails in Marine View Park.
