Greenlake Entry

This project began with a hillside that had failing retaining walls over 25’ in height. Terrain worked closely with the clients, city and engineers to come up with a plan that would allow for the wall to be replaced and a new secure entry and walking path to the front door. Set across from busy Greenlake in Seattle the project had to be carefully coordinated to ensure that the adjoin properties remained intact and the pedestrian thoroughfare was kept safe. Now a handsome stainless steel gate and entry accented with concrete wood planks and Boston Ivy set the tone as you enter the property.
