While still working side by side with the area’s best Landscape Architects and implementing their designs, some projects are better served with one firm doing all. This approach significantly reduces execution time from design and budget reviews, where were actually getting feedback live from the construction team on the best approach for construction methods. The transition from final construction drawings to execution is seamless – getting the finished product complete and achieving a proven more efficient and hassle free experience.
With over 20 years of hands on construction experience Terrain has been creating luxury landscapes to the most exacting standards. As artisans in our trade we bring fine architecture to the outdoors. We have assembled a team of craftsmen who excel in building and installing timeless work. We approach our projects from a holistic viewpoint; because of our expertise in excavation and civil work we understand the complexities and pitfalls that are part of large scale landscape installations. We have horticulturists that are part of team ensuring that from groundbreaking to final planting you have expertise where it matters.
OUR PROJECTS CONSIST OF:
Installing natural patios, pathways, driveways, retaining walls, rockeries, water features, irrigation, planting, lighting, drainage, decking, wood structures, metal structures, and anything that is needed to build a stunning garden of any size. They range in size from 2 weeks, to projects in excess of a million dollars. Terrain's Landscape Team works closely with our Excavation Team, to make sure your landscape project integrates efficiently, making your experience nothing less than the best.

LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION
Terrain installs complete landscape installs from entirely new installations to landscape remodels. Since 1996 Terrain has been working with the region’s top landscape architects and designers. Our holistic approach to the landscape construction comes from a unique background of hands on construction and excavation experience and a love for building outdoor architecture. Our broad range of services does not dilute our intense focus on creating stunning outdoor environments that are built to last. Starting from the ground up we assess the drainage and soil amending needs, creating the foundation for the gardens long term success.
SPECIALITY LANDSCAPE
Terrain has the skillsets and fabrication shop to handle the full range of your landscape elements. Metal components such as railings, gates, fences, decks and outdoor kitchens are few of what we can create. We work with you and the architect or designer to create the perfect finished product. Our woodwork skills are wide ranging from structural deck components, playhouses to privacy screens we can coordinate from start to finish.
