CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

We are a full General Contractor that specializes in “Outdoor Construction” on high end luxury residential sites. From initial demo to excavation to structural concrete to the fine details of outdoor rooms with sophisticated kitchens along with install of beautiful horticulture. We have our own architects where we control the process from start to finish as well as working for other architects and General Contractors.
You will have had extensive experience in actual construction from start to finish, managing projects (sometimes several) to both schedule and budget. You will be skilled in communication, motivating and leading your team and eliminating the unknown by managing expectations with the client.
Construction is a challenging sport, there are a lot of variables many you can’t control, but you understand that you can control what you can and you understand that open and transparent communication will help overcome any obstacle and achieve the goal.
You may feel that you haven’t yet had the opportunities to be everything we just described but if given the chance you would rise to the occasion – if that’s you were still interested in talking with you.
You will wear a toolbelt every day, being willing to jump and get your hands dirty is part of the job. Tool and equipment skills is a obvious must.
